We did make two side trips in New Brunswick the first was a stop at Grand Falls NB. In the center of town is a deep gorge with an impressive waterfall. They have a zip line that crosses the river above the falls and we watched as a group kids having a grand time flying through the air above the cascading water.
Paul offered to pay for me to zip across, but I was afraid I would drop my camera into the river so I declined his kind offer.
Our second stop was at the world famous New Brunswick Potato Museum. Or as is says on the sign
Musee de la Pomme de du New Brunswick. Now I my life is complete.
A bit of potato trivia, China is the worlds largest potato producer, I'll bet that is news to most people.
We will be at our first location tomorrow for 4 days, and are looking forward to exploring the Cape Breton Island area.
Hi Mike and Janet and Wendy and Paul. Glad to see you all made it safe and sound to Nova Scotia. Mike, I thought your life was complete after watching the movie Eggs to Market, but I guess I was wrong! Wonders never cease. Hope you enjoy your stay and have good weather!
